You can find us in the heart of Sofia. We are located in the National Palace of Culture (NDK).
With us, you will find a perfectly clean training environment. Heated rooms during winter and cooled during the warmer months. Separate male and female changing rooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as lockable cabinets. The training hall is equipped with mirrors, aiding practitioners at any level in their practice. The flooring is professional and designed to protect the joints, especially the knee joints

Our training aims to strengthen physical and mental health. We teach the real combat aspect of the art, in line with the methods it was transmitted in ancient times, while also integrating with modern understandings of self-defense.
We practice Tai Chi (Tai Chi Chuan) every Saturday from 08:00 to 09:50 in the morning.
